I have been in education for 14 years and worked in the senior leadership team in schools across a multi-academy trust.
I specialise in timetableing and curriculum design and led financial planning and am available on a project based consultancy work. I also have extensive experience of using and implementing technology in education in which I am happy to advise, train and roll out.
Timetabling
I believe that a good timetable is key to sucessful teaching and learning and so also the performance of students. A timetable should allow you to deploy your staff as you wish to maximise their effectiveness. It should allow you to group the students to best benefit the students, whilst still being cost effective and flexible.

Designing and staffing a curriculum which meets the needs of the individual student, whilst ensuring what you offer is good value for money is key to the sucess of any school.
